Adam Quenneville

Founder & Owner, Roofing Expert

Adam founded Adam Quenneville Roofing & Siding with a simple goal: help homeowners get a roof they can trust, without the pressure. For more than 30 years, Adam and his team have served homeowners across New England, building a reputation on honest guidance, solid craftsmanship, and long-term relationships rather than one-time sales.

Adam's family includes his wife, Rebecca, his three children — Kaylee, Mateo, and Lucian; and two grandchildren. That same sense of family responsibility shapes how Adam runs AQRS: every homeowner is treated like someone he'd want looking out for his own.

Under Adam's leadership, AQRS has become a recognized name in New England roofing — a 2025 Roofing Contractor Magazine Residential Contractor of the Year finalist, a Gold Corporate Partner with the YMCA, and a company committed to giving back through initiatives like the AQ Cares Roof Giveaway and the Veteran support initiatives.

Robert Croteau

Director of Sales and Finance

Bob has had a long career with Adam Quenneville Roofing & Siding. His favorite part of the job is helping customers with their problems. Bob enjoys playing pool with his son. Company Awards: RSI “Roofer Success International” Crown Champion

Dustin Peters

Director of Production

Dustin has been in the business for 22 years. His favorite thing about this industry is meeting different people and visiting various places. Dustin and his wife have three children. He enjoys fishing as a hobby. Company Awards: RSI “Roofer Success International” Crown Champion

Morgan Bennett

Director of Marketing and Development

With a decade of experience at Holyoke Hospital, Morgan's focus is growing AQRS's customer base and expanding the brand reach. With a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Business at Southeastern New Hampshire University, the ambition to grow the business is her top priority. Outside of work, she is a devoted mom of four, dedicated to their sports teams and education.

Derek McCray

Chief Estimator- Commercial Division

Derek has been working for us for almost 12 years as the Chief Estimator for the commercial division and has been in the construction industry for almost 20 years as a licensed electrician. He is excited to grow with the AQRS team!

Guilherme Garpelli

Project Manager

Guilherme or "G" brings 5 years of hands-on experience as an electrician to his role as project manager at AQRS, giving him a practical, on-the-ground understanding of how projects come together from start to finish. Fluent in five languages, he's able to communicate clearly with a wide range of homeowners and crews alike, a skill that makes every project run more smoothly. Born to a Brazilian and Italian family, G brings a global perspective and a genuine passion for craftsmanship to every job he manages.

Fabiano Oliveira

Project Manager

Fabiano has been working in this field for several years and is very knowledgeable. He speaks 3 languages and spends most of his time with his family and on the BBQ.

James Bonavita

Exterior Project Consultant

James has been in the business for 25 years. He enjoys playing pool and drawing. He’s quite the artist. Also loves hanging out with his daughters.

Ron has been in the business for over 14 years. Chock full of personality. He loves nothing more than hanging with his 3 kids when not at work.

Dean Labelle

Exterior Project Consultant

​D​ean grew up playing hockey and has always enjoyed staying active and being outdoors. That team-first mentality carries into his role as an Exterior Project Consultant, where he focuses on listening first and ensuring every homeowner understands their options before deciding. When he's not out on estimates, you'll find him hiking, snowboarding, walking his dog, or spending time with friends and family.

Jorge Severino

Exterior Project Consultant

Jorge holds a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare and Business Administration and bring over 10 years of sales experience with Goya Foods Inc., where he has built a strong background in customer relationships, business development, and leadership. Beyond his professional career, he is a devoted husband and proud father of four daughters. Jorge's faith is a central pillar of his life, and he enjoys actively participating in church activities while striving to serve both his family and his community with integrity and dedication.

Chris Pittsinger

Manager-Service Department

Chris leads AQRS's Service department, not from behind a desk, but out in the field working alongside the team. He holds certifications as a Velux skylight installer, an All Weather Armor installer, and a GAF-certified contractor, along with OSHA 30 and Lead Safe certifications that reflect his commitment to doing every job safely and correctly. With years of hands-on experience, Chris brings technical know-how and a genuine investment in getting every repair done right. When he's off the clock, you'll find Chris outdoors with his two sons or out on his motorcycle.

Mateusz Hajduk

Service Team Representative

Mateusz (Matt) has spent years honing his craft in the roofing industry, earning certifications and hands-on training from some of the field's top manufacturers and trainers. As part of AQRS's service team, he handles repair appointments that keep homes protected from damage, work that requires precision, problem-solving, and a genuine care for getting it right. Outside of work, Matt spends his time with his wife and daughter.

Tim Pittsinger

Quality Control Specialist

With more than 25 years in the construction industry, Tim brings a level of experience that's hard to match. He holds Lead-Safe, OSHA 10, and Asbestos certifications, reflecting a career built on doing the job safely and correctly. Outside of work, Tim spends his time casting for the biggest fish he can find and enjoying time with his two children and new grandson.
