Eligibility Requirements

Nominee must be a certified first responder (firefighter, police officer, paramedic, EMT, LPN, RN or Physician)

Must own and live in a single-familiy home

Home must be located in our service area

Roof must be in need of replacement (verified by inspection)

Simple Steps to Success

How It Works

Open: January 26 - February 27, 2026
Anyone can nominate: friends, family, neighbors, or the first responder themselves.

Four finalists will be selected based on the following criteria: Impact of the nominee’s service to the community; Urgency of need for roof repair or replacement; Overall quality and compelling nature of the submission story.
Finalists will be announced on March 16, 2026, and featured on our website and social media.

Voting runs from March 16 - April 10, 2026.
Each person may vote once online.

Winner Announcement

The first responder with the most votes will be announced on April 22, 2026.
