Ice dams are formations of ice, which can create a large, massive pond of water behind the blockage. These can be created from accumulation of snow.

Ice dams can cause major damage to your roof and gutters. Not only can these be dangerous to your home, but icicles can eventually form if this problem isn’t taken care of properly.
