AQRS Donates New Roof to YMCA Camp Stony Brook Acres

On June 20, 2024, Adam Quenneville Roofing and Siding donated and installed new roof framing and shingles for the pump house at Camp Stony Brook Acres. We are proud to help support the YMCA of Greater Springfield and help make the camp (and especially the pool!) ready and accessible for kids to enjoy!

Dexter Johnson, the president of YMCA of Greater Springfield, said “While it is not our most adorned building on the property, [the pump house] does serve an important role in sheltering our pool’s pump system from the seasons … keeping the pool up and running for the kids to use during the summer camp season.”

AQRS is happy that we can continue to be of service to the YMCA which has served so many of the children in our community. We replaced several roofs at the Camp Weber facility in 2021 and helped repair them from tree damage suffered in 2023.
