Adam Quenneville began to climb his ladder to success at an early age. During high school, he bought an air hammer and worked his first part-time job as a roofer for Quenneville & Sons Roofing, a residential roofing company owned and operated by his father and uncle for more than 20 years. After graduation from South Hadley (MA) High School in 1989, Adam climbed his ladder a little further and worked full-time as a roofer for the family business, where he learned and mastered the art of roofing until 1996.
Restless to be on his own, Adam turned a three-wall storage shed with a dirt floor into his company headquarters. He had one nail gun, one truck, and a compressor, and that was all he needed to start his own roofing business which he named Adam Quenneville Roofing & Siding. He began by roofing alone and he admits whole-heartedly, he learned by doing.
Adam is married to Rebecca and together they have three children, Kaylee, Mateo and Lucian, who are the next generation of family to climb their own ladders. Adam and the Quenneville family believe the sky has no limits, and their future is filled with promise.
As business grew, Adam hired a small roofing crew, and they are still with him today as part of his management team.
In 2005, Adam moved his headquarters to a 9,000 square foot building in South Hadley. It has large storage buildings, office areas, paved parking areas for his fleet of trucks, countless trailers, and ten Roofer Equiptors. Equiptors collect debris and save on labor and messes. During peak season, he has a staff of 100 employees, including multiple crews.
Adam Quenneville Roofing & Siding continues to grow and expand throughout New England and beyond, and Adam can look back on 30+ successful years in the roofing industry. The company offers both Residential and Commercial roofing and siding. And now, Adam has added Roof Maxx® and Roof Shampoo®, two roof maintenance services that rejuvenate and extend the life of asphalt roofs.
Adam may have reached the peak of his career as a roofing professional however he intends to climb the ladder even further by leading the commercial side of his company to a new national level. He is already roofing and siding military housing complexes in Texas, New Mexico, and North Carolina. And his plans include more expansion outside of New England.
Adam is also very dedicated to his local community and adopted AQCares to give back to neighbors who go above and beyond in the community such as first responders, schools, and community organizations.
