It is my pleasure to furnish you with a letter of recommendation regarding my working relationship with you and your company.
Over the last twenty-five years, you and Adam Quenneville Roofing and Siding have performed numerous roofing projects for The Hampshire Property Management Group totaling well over $2,000,000. What separates Adam Quenneville Roofing and Siding from other roofing contractors is the quality of workmanship, excellent service level and problems solving abilities. We simply don’t have quality control issues related to workmanship. At many of the condominium community projects, the company’s ability to manage the project decreases our internal workload as property managers. There are no problems with employee behavior, and the roofing crews always show up on schedule. In the rare instance of a construction or project issues, Adam has always provided viable solutions. Whenever there has been a warranty issue, Adam has always handled the repair in a manner that provides our clients with a high level of customer satisfaction.
