Adam Quenneville Rofing, Siding & Windows Announces Move into Solar Industry with New Division: “Adam Quenneville Solar”

South Hadley, May 15th, 2012: Adam Quenneville Roofing, Siding & Windows announced today that it has launched a renewable energy division to incorporate solar products into their traditional business services. A variety of new solar products are now available through ‘Adam Quenneville Solar’ and select team members have recently completed training in the renewable energy field.

The company has also recently partnered with GAF Solar, an alternative energy firm and education center located in Binghamton, New York. GAF Solar provided classroom and hands-on training to Adam Quenneville personnel in solar crystalline (PV) applications.

The growing demand for alternative energy products has rapidly been moving from large-scale applications to more residential and commercial solutions as a result of increased availability and lower costs. Adam Queneville Roofing, Siding & Windows has been a leader in residential and commercial roofing applications since 1995.

Most of today’s solar equipment incorporates roofing as part of its delivery system. Our renewable energy division will remain dedicated to solar and any other new technologies that can provide alternative energy resources for our clients.”

Adam Quenneville is known to practice what he preaches. He is currently installing a new photo voltaic solar system atop his 10,000 square foot operations building that will produce enough solar electricity to power the entire facility. With a LED monitoring system for all to view it’s production, upon entering the company’s main office at 160 Old Lyman Rd, South Hadley, MA all will be able to see, first hand, the power of the sun, and the “Green” mission the company follows. Adam Quenneville Solar now offers the option to purchase photo voltaic solar products or simply reduce your monthly electricity rates by having solar products installed on your home free of charge.

Quenneville Roofing was founded in 1947 by Adam and Wyatt’s grandfather, Eugene Quenneville. Still a family company today, Adam has made it a personal mission to give back to his community, donating numerous times to funds and charities, such as, the Jimmy Fund and the Bay State Medical Children’s Hospital, as well as, donating his own time and resources to put Roof’s on homes like injured vet Sgt. Josh Bouchard of Granby and the Loraine’s Soup Kitchen in Chicopee.
